Another Visit to Spanish Rocks

Alas another dive was soon upon us when had a wonderful day off from school. My Dad and i decided to checkout our one and only local coral reef "Spanish Rocks" and it was another amazing dive as always! Unfortunately the visibility was very poor ranging 4-5 feet with a more prominent strong current but it was well worth it for the sights i saw. On the dive i saw two flounders and a nurse shark hiding under a ledge. And well unfortunately i did not know what the type of fish was that was pretty big hiding under a ledge and I gave my Dad a misleading danger sign which was a big mistake because it was only a nurse shark , i like to be safe and foremost but i think we`ll have a sign or signal for a nurse shark next time because that was a first time for me seeing a shark up close and personal and well in all honesty i was pretty scared and i made a wrong judgement and i learned and for next time look forward to find this nurse shark again and give it a proper "hello" and check it out for it`s beauty and not be afraid of what it is but for more of it`s existence and how awesome it is. And of course most people know that Nurse Sharks one of the most harmless sharks of the ocean and it it`s usually a treat to see them no matter what . But that rush and seeing it even for a few seconds was well worth the dive and the pictures i got were surprisingly good for poor visibility. The corals were in good health and it seemed gleaming with colors and plenty of red sea urchins. Overall ,again ... a great dive and I can`t wait for our next dive at Spanish Rocks!

Videos to follow soon.
